Resort Questions

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and children. We have 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds and a pull-out couch in the living room.
Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests. Many guests do not bother renting a car at all, and some will just get a car for a few days to explore on their own. Infinity Bay Spa and Beach Resort is on West Bay Beach, where everything you could want is accessible on foot via the beach and the bustling West End is a short water-taxi ride away. Taxis and tour guides are easy to hire and reasonably priced should you want to visit other areas of the island. We can recommend several highly rated and very affordable tour guides that we have worked with for many years. If you want to explore on your own, there are locations to rent a car by the day next to the resort.
Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a large, covered deck, and the use of beach and pool chairs. Beach towels are also included. Our unit is directly in front of the brand-new pool and bar, and only steps away from the indoor restaurant and beach bar.
Infinity Bay Spa and Beach Resort has a water filtration system onsite, which makes for safe drinking water from every tap in the resort.
There are different meal plans available for purchase, from breakfast only to all inclusive. We can make arrangements for you at the time of booking, or you can purchase plans on arrival. If you would like breakfast included, please let us know when booking, as there is a savings when purchasing at time of booking.
Drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are available at the restaurants and bars at the resort. There are all-inclusive options that include drinks if that is of interest. Of course, the condo has a full refrigerator so you can stock in whatever you might want with a quick trip to the grocery store. You can bring your own food and beverages with you to the beach or pools.
Our condo is strictly a no smoking or vaping of any kind condo, both inside and out. Smoking is permitted outside on the Infinity Bay grounds only. We thank our guests for respecting this. If there is any damage caused by smoking, we reserve the right to charge you an additional cleaning charge.
No. There are several ‘versions’ of 2-bedroom condos at Infinity Bay. The biggest differences are location (ocean front, pool view, or garden view). Within those categories, there are multiple floor plans and sizes. Our condo is 1,384 square feet, including two bedrooms, each with their own access to an outdoor covered balcony. Because of this, the balcony overlooking the pool is double the size of other units. We recently updated our condo with fresh paint and décor and have replaced the stock ‘art’ with one-of-a-kind paintings from a local artist.
Our condo is in building 16. Midway from the beach to the main building. We are on the side where the sun shines through the balconies, offering bright and happy vibes in the condo. We are facing the brand-new pool, just far enough from the beach and Palapa Bar to not be bothered by the commotion, and close enough to only have 100 steps to the beautiful beach. Our condo is on the third floor, offering privacy from passersby, as well as security for leaving your gear out to dry on the balconies.

Traveling to Roatan

Accordion Sample DescriptionWe are not on sites like VRBO or Airbnb. We are in the rental pool for the resort, and we also make bookings ourselves. By booking directly through us, you are guaranteed to stay in our condo, whereas booking through Infinity Bay or a wholesaler, you will not be guaranteed a specific condo. When booking directly through us, you will not have any additional fees that are charged on VRBO and Airbnb. Our rate will also most likely be lower than what it would be when booking through the resort or a wholesaler. To book, simply send us a message with your dates, so we can verify that they are available. We will give you a quote, and you can make your decision. For a booking, we need the names of all guests, an email address, and telephone number. We offer multiple payment options, either directly to us or via the resort.
I’m sure you have heard about the travel warnings for Honduras and for some crazy reason, Roatan specifically. Honestly, Roatan is safer than most tropical vacation spots, if you make reasonable choices. Walking around at 3am wearing a Rolex and flashy jewelry could make you a robbery target here, just like it would almost anywhere else. Violent crime is exceptionally rare in the tourist areas, even at night. The mainland of Honduras is a different story. The travel warnings are based on the crime that occurs there, not on Roatan.
It is easiest to bring US dollars, but nothing over $20. Make sure you go to the bank and get bills that are as close to perfect as you can. Any bill with writing on it, or even the smallest of tears, will not be accepted. The reason is that the banks in Roatan will not allow them to deposit cash with any defects. The exchange rate is around L25 (Honduran Limpera) to $1 for easy math. When making purchases, you will most likely get Lempiras back as change. I recommend using your credit card as much as possible. That will give you the best exchange rate (and keep your wallet from being stuffed with bills worth 4 cents each).

Honduran coffee is one of the best in the world, and part of what brought us to Roatan! In fact, we liked it so much we bought a local coffee roastaria and cafe - Bad Ass Java. It is only a short drive (or take the water taxi) to West End and come see us in Coconut Tree Plaza.
Roatan lives by the mantra "Island Time", and it is reflected in the restaurants. The resort’s convenient location is a short beach walk to a wide variety of restaurants, with food and budget options to suit everyone. West Bay has everything from high quality steaks and seafood at The Argentinian Grill or The Kimpton Resort, all the way to sandals and swimsuits fare at Beacher's Bar and Grill and Sea Cat.
